It’s finally happening.  CurvingRoad’s production of the new play, SH*T-M*X, by the young new playwright, Leo Richardson, opens at the Trafalgar Studios in two weeks.  The box office is open  and, as they say, book now to avoid disappointment!

SH*T-M*X is a play about what teenagers are really like today.
Raggedy Anne is gagging to go out with LB, but he has a few       guilty secrets. Dirty Debbie isn’t really helping matters; all she’s concerned about is finishing her first erotic novel. Maybe Bent Ben will find out what’s wrong. And will anyone catch the eye of the elusive Harry the Hottie?

It’s funny and gritty, full of music, dance and surprises.  The cast includes young stars from hits such as The History Boys, Skins and Donkey Punch.  The director, Sam Potter, hails from the RSC, The National Studio, and a long-list of West End and fringe productions.
Preview night is Tuesday, 30 September, and then it runs Monday – Saturday (with Matinees on Thursdays and Saturdays at 3 pm) until 25 October. The number at the Trafalgar is 0870 060 6632.  If I do say so myself, it will be worth a trip into London to see it!
So there you are. It’s official.  I’m now also a West End producer!  As my grandmother would have said, “go figure!”
And PS: Hope to see some of you in Portsmouth tomorrow afternoon at Waterstones  🙂
