Many writers teach. My teaching has taken on a life of its own and led me to found the international non-profit called Writing Through. We’ve accomplished a great deal over the five years of our existence, now working in Cambodia, Vietnam and Singapore. Happily, the word has gotten out about us and occasionally articles are written about us and what we do. An especially moving one was recently published in an online magazine called MagicalCambodia. It highlights our recently published poetry anthology and includes work from some of our student writers. But just as powerfully, it explains the importance of poetry and why we do what we do. Although it focusses on Cambodia, the same is true no matter where in the world we work. Please do read it here. If it moves you to buy the anthology, you can do so here. And if it moves you to get involved, just send us an email at i[email protected] .

Thank you, Sue.
May more and more students become addicted to reading and writing. Kudos for the work you do.
