At long last, and after hours of playing around with the computer, I’ve opened up my own blog. I’m here to discuss my work, your work, the literary world, my abiding belief in the value of commas, and my (obvious) love of the ellipsis. Which is as good a place as any to start.
Ah, the humble ellipsis….the symbol that more always lies underneath, that with continued thought we can find a future. And, as any good classicist will know, its plural is “ellipses”, which shows just how classy a word it is with that wonderful vowel change at the end. I’d like to believe that I’m not quite such a nerd in other areas of my life, but I do love my punctuation.
